A qualified Civil Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Mohit has established himself as a prominent developer in Rajkot, where he is the visionary behind the renowned Rivera series of residential projects.
His extensive background as a builder provided him with a firsthand understanding of the structural requirements and material standards needed for modern architecture, eventually driving his transition into the manufacturing of high-performance construction chemicals.

A Civil Engineering graduate from IITRAM, Mihir bridges the gap between academic excellence and industrial application, having authored two research papers published in the prestigious Construction and Building Materials Journal (Netherlands).
